Under strict manufacturing control and quality control in accordance with the latest GMP standards, we produce solid oral formulations (granules, powders, and tablets), oral solutions (syrups), topical solutions, and salves.
We introduced a comprehensive manufacturing management system, that was ahead of the rest of the industry, and established a high-level system that ranges from production plans to raw material procurement, inventory control, production instruction records, test records, and shipping approval.
Toyama Plant Pharmaceutical Buildings
First Pharmaceutical Building (Packaging Building)
We have integrated PTP-filled packaging lines, pillow packaging machines, quad-seal packaging machines, stick sorting machines, bottle bulk filling and packaging lines, automatic granule and powder weighing and filling machines, salve filling machines, as well as horizontal cartoners and vertical cartoners; this has led to the flexible use of a wide range of packaging forms.
Second pharmaceutical building (pharmaceutical, solution production building)
We have agitated granulators, fluidized bed granulator dryers, boule container mixers, tablet compressors, coating machines, and granule appearance inspectors, and we can manufacture a wide range of solid formulations—from small to large quantities.
For the tableting process, a three-layered tableting machine that allows two-layered and three-layered tableting is available.
Syrup formulation manufacturing capacities range from 72 mL to 600 mL and 800 L to 2000 L/lot.
Third Pharmaceutical Building (Topical Solution Production Building)
This building is equipped with explosion-proof equipment and is involved in the production of mouthwashes, alcohol products, and moisturizers, among other products, at volumes of 60 mL, 100 mL, 200 mL, and 1500 L/lot.
Fourth Pharmaceutical Building (Spray Dry Building)
In this building, a process called spray-drying is performed, in which a substance dissolved in a liquid is sprayed into hot air to instantly evaporate it into powder.

Toyama Plant
The Toyama plant handles solid oral formulations (tablets, granules, and powders), oral solutions (syrups), topical solutions, salves, and other products. We produce a wide range of pharmaceutical products, including prescription drugs, OTC drugs, and household medications.
Nishihongo Plant
This is a state-of-the-art production plant with a DPI-specific plant and a state-of-the-art plant for solid dosage formulations.
We manage the mass production of prescription and OTC pharmaceutical products.
