Please remember that you are responsible for mailing charges and handling fees and ensure that postage stamps that cover the charges are included.

  4. Proof of Personal Identification Documents

    Copies of a driver's license, passport, health insurance card, Basic Resident Registration Card, certificate of residence, and Pension handbook
    ＊To maintain a log of our communications with you, we do not return proof of personal identification documents and instead maintain them in strict security files.

  5. Service Charges

    As we respond to your requests by registered mail with delivery certificates, we ask you to include 800 yen in stamps per request to cover this charge.
    Please note that when this service charge is not covered or insufficient, we will notify you as soon as possible. However, if there is no response from you within the allocated time frame, we will not be able to handle your request.

  6. Our Response to Requests for Disclosure

    As a policy, we will respond in writing to the address specified by the requestor within 30 days of receipt of all documentation.
